Nothing in this lasagne requires any pre-cooking!

INGREDIENTS:
500g minced beef
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp mixed herbs
425g can pasta sauce
1 pkt tomato/oxtail soup
2 tsp instant beef stock
1 cup hot water
1 pkt lasagne noodles
2 cups grated cheese
2 tsp corn flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Paprika
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a 23cm square ovenware dish.
- Mix first 9 ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour 1/3 of meat mixture into dish and cover with lasagne noodles.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
- Layer another 1/3 of meat mixture, remaining lasagne and another 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Cover with remaining meat.
- Bake immediately uncovered for 50 min.
- Mix remaining cheese, egg, cornflour and milk and pour over cooked lasagne. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 150°C for 15 mins or until the topping sets, grilling if necessarily.
- Leave to stand for 15-30 min before cutting.
Can easily be doubled.
